Mara is national game reserve in the rift valley and considered number one tourism destination because of the wild beast migration that take place between July and November and you will definitely spot the big 5. It is home to all sorts of species from mammals to amphibians to reptiles and not forgetting the birds. The best time to visit the Mara and capture the big five would be late June until early November. A minimum of 2 to 3 nights is usually reasonable for one to exhaust the activities.

With wonderful surrounding the camp offers you a breathtaking view of different kinds of animals close by but not dangerous. The Maasai and the guide are always available to ensure you are safe and having great moment. Kids learn some of the skills on how to throw spear like the Maasai warriors.
Ngerende Island Lodge
Ngerende Island lodge is located on the north of Mara on a oxbow of the Mara River, it has seven luxurious suites with good ambience, butler service, fine dining, swimming pool and spa treatment. The lodge has its own air strip, located 2km away from the lodge.
